AI Bots & Agents for Business

We deploy AI agents that answer customers, feed the CRM and run processes — for us this runs in production, not in a pilot.

We are a software house that builds complete systems. Our AI is not a slide deck — it is a force multiplier working inside the systems we build and maintain for our clients.

01 · Customer Service

Customer-Service & WhatsApp Bots

A good service bot is not a generic chat — it is an agent that knows your inventory, orders and customers, because it is connected to the business's real systems. We build bots for the web and for WhatsApp Business that answer in your customers' language, escalate to a human when needed, and log every conversation.

On a retail chain's WhatsApp Business line this is already running in production: dispatch lists, campaigns and a two-way support inbox on WhatsApp — all wired into the store's systems.

02 · Automation

AI Agents & Workflow Automation

An AI agent is a digital worker with a job: prospecting leads, following up on inquiries, entering data, drafting documents — whole processes running on their own, with human checkpoints exactly where they belong.

We don't just sell this — we run it: our own AI-powered outreach CRM works for us every day. The agents find leads, draft outreach, log every interaction and feed the data back into the system.

03 · Integration

LLM Integration into ERP & CRM Systems

The real value of language models lives inside the systems that already run your business: natural-language queries over Priority data, automatic summaries of customer files in the CRM, document drafts built from the real numbers.

This is where our edge as a software house shows: we are the ones who build and implement the ERP and CRM systems themselves, so the LLM is wired in properly — with permissions, controls and a clean data path, not bolted on from the outside.

Leo, the chatbot in the corner of the screen, is exactly the same technology we deploy for clients. Ask it about our services, pricing, integrations — it's the best demo we could possibly give.

How We Deploy AI

  1. 01

    Mapping

Where AI genuinely saves hours — and where it doesn't.

  2. 02

    Two-Week Pilot

Narrow scope, real data, clear metrics.

  3. 03

    System Integration

CRM, ERP, WhatsApp — with permissions and controls.

  4. 04

    Measure & Improve

We scale only what proves itself.

No hype: every project gets defined guardrails, data-privacy protection and clean human handoff. AI you can't trust doesn't go to production.

What our bots and agents actually do

Every bot is built around the business's processes and connected to its systems. These are the tasks that come up most.

  • Answering customers on WhatsApp and the web

Around the clock, from the business's real data — and handing over to a person when needed.

  • Lead qualification

Asks your qualifying questions, flags who's serious and passes the lead with every detail into the CRM.

  • Booking meetings

Offers free slots from the calendar and books the meeting inside the conversation.

  • Orders, stock and reminders

Order status, stock checks, and reminders and broadcasts in approved templates — only to those who opted in.

  • Internal agents

Finding leads, following up, drafting outreach and entering data — like the outbound-marketing CRM we run ourselves every day.

  • Questions about your data

Plain-language queries over CRM and ERP data, with the permissions already defined in the system.

WhatsApp bot for business — the details

Working with language models since February 2023

We didn't jump on the wave — we started before it. When ChatGPT was still a strange novelty, we were already writing about how language models can help a business — and today we run them in production, for clients and for ourselves.

From the archive: we wrote about this when it was still new.

Questions we get asked

The honest answers — the same ones you'll hear on our first call.

How long does it take to deploy a service bot?
A pilot is usually live within about two weeks: narrow scope, real data, clear metrics. A full deployment depends mostly on integration depth — a bot that answers common questions is far quicker than one that reads inventory, orders and customer records out of your ERP and CRM. After the pilot we scale only what the numbers justify.
Can the bot connect to Priority, our CRM or our own systems?
Yes — and that's exactly our edge. We are a software house that implements and maintains ERP and CRM systems (Priority included) and builds deep integrations, so the connection is made from the inside: permissions, controls and a clean data path — not an add-on bolted on from outside. We also connect to WhatsApp Business, your website, commerce platforms and internal data sources.
What does it cost?
We don't publish a flat price list, because the gap between a Q&A bot and an agent running a full process against an ERP is a real one. Cost follows the number of integrations, the number of processes and the level of control required, and there is an ongoing cost for the language models and maintenance. You get a proper quote within 24 hours of our first call — and if we think AI won't pay for itself in a given process, we'll say so upfront.
What happens when the bot doesn't know the answer?
It admits it doesn't know and hands off to a human — it does not invent. Every project gets defined guardrails, human checkpoints and clear escalation rules, and every conversation is logged so you can audit exactly what was said. AI you can't trust doesn't go to production with us.
What is the difference between a bot and an AI agent?
A bot answers: it holds a conversation with a customer, retrieves information and escalates when needed. An agent is a digital worker with a job: it runs a whole process end to end — prospecting, following up, entering data, drafting documents — with human checkpoints where they belong. We run both ourselves: a service bot in production on a retail chain's WhatsApp Business line, and agents driving our own outbound system every day.
What happens to our data? Does it stay private?
Your data stays yours. We work with least-privilege access — the agent reaches only what it genuinely needs — we define exactly what may and may not leave for the language model, and we document the data path. Where a project requires it, we design an architecture that keeps sensitive information inside your own systems.
