What is ERP Integration?

ERP software is designed to support a wide range of business processes, including inventory management, order management, accounting, human resources and customer relationship management (CRM). The main goal of an ERP system is to automate these functions and apply improved resource management on the way to business efficiency and growth.

Why You Need an ERP Integration Service

Integrating your ERP system (which manages finances, inventory, receipts and so on) with your CRM system (which helps manage sales, customer satisfaction and so on) gives businesses a very high return on their investment in these systems.

Proper ERP–CRM integration lets companies automate manual processes such as data entry, document scanning and record-keeping — increasing accuracy across all these tasks, saving money and providing a better understanding of what is happening in the business.

Priority integrations we build

Every connection is built on Priority's API, with permissions, error logging and monitoring — data moves on its own, and anything stuck surfaces immediately, not at month-end.

  • Online store and POS

Orders, customers, stock and prices stay in sync between your store or point of sale and Priority — no double entry, no selling items that are already out of stock.

  • CRM and sales

Customers, quotes and orders flow between your CRM and Priority, so sales can see balances, debts and order status without asking accounting.

  • Suppliers and B2B customers

Order intake, documents and status updates exchanged with suppliers and customers automatically — instead of emails, files and manual typing.

  • WhatsApp and customer messages

Automatic messages triggered by events in Priority — order confirmation, shipping, payment reminders — over WhatsApp Business or email.

  • Reports and dashboards

Priority data in a management dashboard that updates in real time, next to data from your other systems — instead of a manual Excel export every month.

  • AI on your ERP data

Plain-language questions over Priority data and automatic summaries, respecting the permissions already defined in the system.

Priority implementation FAQ

The answers we give on the first consultation call.

How much does a Priority implementation cost?
The price has three parts: user and module licensing, paid to Priority Software; the implementation work — discovery, data migration, customization and training; and the interfaces to your other systems. That is why there is no single price list: a business with a few users and no interfaces is in a very different place from one with an online store, a CRM and warehouses. After a free consultation we send a detailed quote within 24 hours.
How long does a Priority implementation take?
It depends mainly on the scope of the processes, the amount of data to migrate and the number of interfaces. Implementation starts with discovery — mapping the processes and deciding what goes into phase one — and the timeline follows from that. Going live in phases and expanding beats waiting for one big-bang project.
Can Priority connect to the online store or CRM we already use?
Yes. Priority exposes a REST API, and through it we connect online stores, POS systems, CRMs, suppliers and messaging. Before writing any code we decide which system is the source of truth for each piece of data — customers, stock, prices — to prevent duplicates and syncs that overwrite each other.
We already run Priority. Can you help without a new implementation?
Absolutely. A large part of our work is integration and automation for systems that are already live: connecting a new sales channel, automating a manual process, reports and dashboards, and customer messages triggered by events in the system.
What happens after go-live?
Close support in the first period, fixes and adjustments, and ongoing support for the interfaces — including monitoring, so a sync failure reaches us before it reaches your customers.
