WhatsApp bot for business

An AI bot on WhatsApp connected to your business systems: it answers customers around the clock, qualifies leads, books meetings and updates the CRM — and hands over to a person the moment it should.

Your customers already message you on WhatsApp — in the evening, at the weekend, in the middle of a meeting. A good bot doesn't replace your team: it answers what it can right away, collects the details, and passes to the right person whatever needs a person.

The difference between a bot that annoys customers and one that works is the connection: a bot that knows the orders, the calendar and the customer records — because it's connected to them — gives real answers, not a script.

What a WhatsApp bot does for your business

Every bot is built around the business's own processes. These are the tasks that come up most.

  • 24/7 customer service

FAQs, opening hours and order status — from the business's real data, not made-up answers.

  • Lead qualification

Asks your qualifying questions, flags who's serious and hands the lead to sales with every detail — straight into the CRM.

  • Meetings and appointments

Offers free slots from the calendar and books the meeting inside the chat — no phone tag.

  • Orders and stock

Checks stock and order status against your systems and updates the customer without anyone digging.

  • Broadcasts and reminders

Lists, campaigns and reminders in Meta-approved templates — only to customers who opted in.

  • Handover to a person

When a question is out of scope or the customer asks for a human, the chat moves to an agent with its full history.

Why our bots work

  • WhatsApp's official platform

We build on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform — not unofficial workarounds that put the number at risk of being blocked. A business number, approved templates, and an account that stays yours.

  • Connected to your systems

CRM, ERP, calendar, online store — we're a software house that builds and integrates these systems, so the bot answers from real data.

  • It doesn't make things up

Clear guardrails, every conversation logged and a proper handover to a human agent. A bot you can't trust doesn't go live.

  • Hebrew, Arabic and English

The bot answers in the customer's language — with correct Hebrew forms of address — and switches when the customer does.

How we start

  1. 01

    Mapping

What customers ask, where the team loses time, and what the bot must not do.

  2. 02

    Two-week pilot

Limited scope, real conversations, clear metrics.

  3. 03

    System integration

CRM, calendar, orders — with permissions and controls.

  4. 04

    Measure and expand

We expand only what has proven itself.

Running in production

  • A retail chain's WhatsApp Business line: broadcast lists, campaigns and a two-way service inbox — connected to the store's systems.
  • Our own outbound-marketing CRM: AI agents that find leads, draft outreach and log every interaction — every day.
  • Leo, the chatbot in the corner of this site — exactly the same technology.

WhatsApp bot for business — FAQ

The answers we give on the first call.

How much does a WhatsApp bot for a business cost?
There's no single price list: a bot that answers FAQs and one connected to your CRM, calendar and orders are different projects. The cost is made of setup and system integration, Meta's charges for template messages (paid directly to Meta), the AI model usage and maintenance. After a first call we send a detailed quote within 24 hours.
How is a bot different from WhatsApp Business auto-replies?
The app's auto-reply is a fixed message — a greeting or away message. An AI bot understands free text, answers from your business's data and takes actions: books a meeting, opens a lead in the CRM, checks an order.
Can we keep our existing business number?
Usually yes, and a new number works too. Moving an existing number to Meta's platform has a few rules, so we check together what fits before we start — and the account stays the business's own.
Can the bot give wrong answers?
We build it to answer only from the data in your systems and knowledge base. When it doesn't know, it doesn't invent: it says someone will get back to the customer and passes the chat to an agent.
How long does it take to set up?
A pilot usually goes live within about two weeks: limited scope, real conversations, clear metrics. Then we expand only what has proven itself.
Can we send marketing messages through the bot?
Yes — in templates pre-approved by Meta, and only to customers who agreed to receive messages. Free-form replies are possible within 24 hours of the customer's last message; outside that window you send a template.
